Wisconsin Republicans Vs. Democrats : A Looney Tunes Scenario

Fourteen Dems in a little old bus

Thought they would stir a political fuss

They didn't like losing when they knew they would

So they ran, mangy coyotes gettin' outa the 'hood

They cackled and they giggled and they partied in glee

Told the press they were smart; look at little old me!

Those mean right wingers voted in last fall

Without one of us can't do a thing at all!

Wile E. old Dems, thought they'd set up a block

Keep Republicans from voting, running out the old clock

But the voters had spoken mighty loudly last fall

Scott Walker and the Senate knew to answer that call

The loudmouth Unions took a Beep! Beep! hit

Wile E. heard the news and simply hollered, "Oh, S##t!!"

The Dems came running back home but the damage was done

With the boulder in the air there was no place to run

The Assembly cast their votes and the measure was passed

Now the Governor gets to balance his budget at last

Wile E. failed again to take the Road Runner down

When he hopped upon the bus and scooted right out of town

Now his trap has boomeranged; it always does for him

The boulder's in the air; Wile E.'s future's looking dim

If the Democrats survive several attempts at recall

They'd be well advised to buy a new crystal ball

For it's really very clear good political strategy
