Janet Contreras Vs. Ed Pastor : Repel The Invasion

In Arizona CD4, Liberty-loving Janet Contreras is focused on removing open borders advocate Ed Pastor from the U.S. House of Representatives. It's important to every American citizen that she succeeds. In fact it's crucial to all of us that We the People vote out any and all members of Congress who favor illegal immigration.

Here's the latest example of why--but fair warning: This hub is lengthy, containing many photos with accompanying text. If you're short on time at the moment, you might want to just do a quick scan now and bookmark this page for thorough study later on.

The photos and subtext were emailed to us from a friend who lives in Los Angeles County. The Minutemen (and Minutewomen) who took these photos want them disseminated throughout the United States as thoroughly and rapidly as possible, so feel free to copy all or part of this page as you wish--including my additional commentary. And now....

This is what's going on in California !

The Santa Ana , CA , Mexican Consulate set up a mobile Mexican Matricula Consular ID center on UNITED STATES PUBLIC SCHOOL PROPERTY- Capistrano School District at the Adult English Language Development Center located at 31351 Camino Real, San Juan Capistrano , CA .

The fee is $27 per matricula consular application.

I lived in San Diego County for a time (1985-1989) and visited the San Juan Capistrano area on several occasions during that period. Most importantly, I used to take note of the freeway traffic at night when headlights one way and taillights the other provided a fascinating, ever-moving image. Even then it was obvious: From the Mexican border on up to Los Angeles and beyond, southern California was becoming more and more congested. Month by month, those headlight and taillight flows became an ever tighter vision of population pressures in action.

And that was more than 20 years ago.

When the Minutemen arrived at the Capistrano School District Adult School, there was a hub of activity. A mobile Mexican Consulate center was in full swing.

Legal resident Mexicans have U.S. issued green cards, for identification.

Mexican Nationals in the U.S. ILLEGALLY do NOT have a green card and therefore need a Mexican matricula consular identification card - matricula means: of a like group and consular means: from a consulate.

Ah.  So that's it.  This setup is arranged by the Mexican government to provide cover for illegal immigrants living in our country.  No bureaucrat--and a diplomat is by definition the ultimate bureaucrat--is ever going to take on a project like this without full support and direction from above.  Meaning Calderon himself.  The current President of Mexico is not doing so well at controlling the situation in his own country, but perhaps he will have much better luck north of the border.  After all, we Americans (as long as OzBama the Notso Great is directing our nation's destruction from the White House) have such a soft, stupid, vulnerable underbelly with our Progressive tolerance for everything but Fox News and Tea Party types...eh?

After the Minutemen had been onsite for about an hour and a half, the mobile center was shut down - above photo.

Once Minutemen began to observe and report, documenting and photographing, the Mexican Nationals no longer ventured forth to the center and many, who had been in attendance, left the mobile center.

So far, the story doesn't sound too bad, at least in the sense that our people (meaning concerned American citizens willing to stand and deliver) were successful in discouraging and removing the invaders from the school premises, at least for the time being. However, as the old saying goes, you ain't seen nuthin' yet. What the Minutemen (and Minutewomen) and local law enforcement officers had to go through in order to get this done...is disturbing. On the other hand, if you're a CD4 resident who's considered voting for Ed Pastor this year, the rest of the story will without question help you switch your vote to Janet Contreras (who does not believe in illegal immigration). So...okay, read on if you must.

MEXICAN DIPLOMAT TELLS MINUTEMEN - LEAVE!

The Mexican diplomat, above, approached the Minutemen as the Minutemen were peacefully strolling about- on United States public school property - observing and taking photos of the event.

Look at that photo carefully.  See the woman's left hand?  She's placed it on our guy's arm.  Somehow I don't think she wants him to ask her to the prom.  But he's a guy, so she doesn't actually haul off and punch him.

Oh.  Wait.  Sorry.  I"m getting ahead of the narrative here...wouldn't want to spoil it for you.

 The Mexican diplomat repeatedly said, "This a private event for Mexicans only…You cannot be here…I am telling you nicely as I do not want to call the police. Please leave." 

Uh-huh.  She's the foreign national.  We're on our own turf.  But we're nuthin' but a bunch of pantywaist gringos, y' know, so bug off, mate!  On the other hand, with our own federal government posting signs telling Americans to stay out of Arizona public lands so that gun-packing drug cartel types and human smuggler types can play around without interference...you have to admit, the Mexican nationals have every reason to believe they can get away with this sort of behavior while the Apologizing President is in office (which, fortunately, won't be much longer--but first, out with Ed Pastor, in with Janet Contreras....).

Minuteman Project National Rally Spokesman Raymond Herrera said to the Mexican diplomat, "No, we will not leave. We are guaranteed freedom of assembly under OUR Constitution."

I said to the diplomat, "The U.S. should adopt Mexico 's immigration policy."
"Oh," she agreed. " Mexico has a very good immigration policy."

Indeed. I'd vote for that, southern border fence (which Mexico is currently building on its southern border), incarceration in Sheriff Joe's tent city for some illegal border crossers, then use extreme poverty and deadly violence to encourage the rest of 'em on north to Canada. That could work very well, don't you think?

 The Mexican diplomat was particularly vexed by our photographing of the event.  " DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS," she commanded repeatedly. 
Minutemen stated that in the USA , we have the right to photograph in public. 
 "No, you cannot take photos," she insisted. Herrera and the diplomat then entered into a lengthy discussion in Spanish.

It's long amazed me that so many arrogant people--not just Mexican diplomats, but arrogant folks of all stripes--continue to believe the nonsensical formula that DEMAND = COMPLIANCE.  In this particular case, though, the invader must have been extremely frustrated not only that her obviously Godlike utterances were being summarily ignored...but that the brazen American who flouted her obviously superior Mexican authority could actually speak to her fluently in her own language.

Ah, the sufffering....!

The man, above photo, displayed gang hand signals and yelled out "THIS IS OUR TERRITORY!" The Mexican diplomat witnessed and seemingly approved of the gang member at the "Mexican Only" event.

There is at least one potential benefit from this photo:  If the local law enforcement gang squad policemen didn't know this dude, they do now.  True, they most likely do already know him, but hey.  It's a thought.  Which is more than this guy appears to have between his ears.  It takes more than declaiming loudly to secure any territory...at least if said territory is already occupied by those willing to defend their turf. 

Or maybe he's right.  Maybe "his" portion of California has already been ceded to Mexico.  Has anyone checked Obama's list of Executive Orders lately?

He appeared to be filling out an application - in his left hand above. Many have informally been told that in the Hispanic community only gang members wear black shoes. Note in the photo above, the only man in black shoes is the self-professed gang member.

Hmm...never knew that. You really do learn something new every day! Oh, I'm sure my stepson--a lifelong resident of Cochise County, Arizona, with many Hispanic friends--could have told me. But hey, would I ask?

Got a pair of black tennies my own self, but ain't nobody gonna mistake me for Hispanic. Caucasian old goat, yeah. Wonder if we have a dress code and nobody told me....

DIPLOMAT ASSAULTS!

The Minutewoman, above, had been quietly photographing...

Suddenly the door above opened, and the Mexican diplomat, came out yelling. The photo above is just before she lashed out.

To our utter amazement, the diplomat started to strike out at the Minutewoman! We were in a state of shock. As she yelled, she struck across the Minutewoman's lower right jaw and lip, several times.

Ten minutes after the assault the Minutewoman still had a "stinging" sensation on her lip and jaw area.

There's only one thing that surprises me about this--namely, that the Minutemen and Minutewomen were surprised by the Mexican diplomat's action. Think about it. Our own President, stumping on the campaign trail (where at least he's wasting fewer taxpayer dollars than when he's signing Executive Orders) has openly threatened the American people. He stated in no uncertain terms that if We the People vote to overturn the current Democrat majorities in Congress, "There will be hand to hand combat." Of course this woman would attack. President Barack Hussein Obama as much as told her to do so!

When Sarah Palin is elected President in 2012, especially with ultra-liberal Progressives like Ed Pastor already replaced in Congress by commonsense conservatives like Janet Contreras, such attacks will cease--or if they do occur, the diplomat will find her diplomatic status revoked in short order.

Which could still happen here. There's no way this radical bar fighter can escape identification for long. It may take enormous post-election pressure on the Prez--but it can be done.

POLICE ARRIVE

Police arrived after the assault.

The police said they had been called by the consulate as they had reported that the Minutemen were inside the building yelling and pushing about. We never entered the building and had been quietly moving outside, on school property.

 Herrera spoke with officers, then requested they interview the diplomat. 
Per the officer's request, the diplomat came forward.

"They must leave," she said to the officer. But the officer replied, "No, this is a public school and they can be here."

You can see from the photos that the Sheriff sent very tall deputies to defuse the situation. Makes sense to me. But it must have been frustrating indeed for the invader, repeatedly having her forceful attempts at aggression turned back by quiet refusal to be cowed on the part of either the deputies or the Minutemen / Minutewomen. The simple defensive one-handed maneuver by the Minutewoman who was assaulted, protecting her all-important camera even as she retreated before the attack, is impressive. Good work, you!

The diplomat then said that we must stop photographing them. 
"Ma'am," the officer informed her, "You are in a public area and they can photograph."

 The officer then asked her, "Do you have the paperwork to use this facility?" 
"Yes," she replied. 
"I would like to see it," the officer said.

 Oh, the horror of it.  She calls the cops and now they turn on her!  Poor widdow dipwomat.  Reminds me of my friend Peggy, circa 1973, in Spokane, Washington.  A would-be rapist climbed in her apartment bathroom window one night, sat on her chest with evil intent.  She talked him out of it--you'd have to know Peggy--and then (after he left) called the cops.  They never caught the dude, but they did take her to jail.  Unpaid jaywalking tickets.  Indignant?  Oh, yeah.

 "I don't have the paperwork with me," she said back to him.

Which of course the officer believed immediately.  You know.  Just like that Highway Patrolman believed you when he asked for your proof of insurance and it turned out to be expired.  He knew you were telling the truth when you said you must have simply forgotten to put the new insurance card in the jockey box.  No one ever lies to law enforcement...right?

"I would like to see your identification, " the officer said.

"No, you can't," she said to the officer. The officer at this point followed her inside of the building.
"I have no identification with me. I did not drive,"she finally said as the officer pursued the issue. At this point, the door shut and the officer remained inside of the building.

She did not drive?  Hmmm...no money on her either, no doubt?  So...doesn't that get most of us arrested for vagrancy or something?  But then again, she obviously doesn't have to obey any of our laws.  Only American citizens have to do that, evil, ugly American citizens who are all part Homer Simpson and too dumb to know any better.

After the officer spoke with the diplomat, he returned to his vehicle and spoke on his cell phone for about 15 to 20 minutes.

After he hung up, he met with us. He said the consulate did not have paperwork but that he had spoken to the individual who had granted the use of the school. He said that we could continue to assemble on the school property.

He appeared sympathetic about the Minutewoman assault, but said the Mexican Consulate staff had diplomatic immunity.

No doubt true. Were anyone but Obama in office, of course, the assault victim could get a hearing from our State Department and something might even happen to the attacker by way of consequences...eventually. As it is, ho hum.

Can't you just picture the lead deputy on this call as he walks in the door of his home after his shift has ended. "How'd work go today, honey?" His wife knows better, but hey, she has to ask. "Diplomatic immunity," he replies, and she spins on her heel to head for the fridge. He'll need a drink...how long is it until he retires?

Matricula Consular cards are identification cards issued by the Mexican government to mainly illegal immigrants living in the United States . Currently, more than 350 financial institutions accept Matricula Consular cards as proof of identification thereby allowing thousands of illegal immigrants to have access to mainstream U.S. financial services.

And, by the way, if the consular official didn't drive to the event, how did the Mexican consulate CAR get there???

We owe a huge debt to patriots like the Minutemen and Minutewomen who dedicate their time (and potentially risk their lives) to physically confront the enemy within and to inform the public.
