Glenn Beck, George Soros, and the New World Order

Anyone who watches Glenn Beck's TV show regularly (or even semi-regularly) has to have seen Beck's detailed exposure of the purported plan by billionaire George Soros to implement a New World Order. Such implementation would require the fundamental transformation of, more than anything, our own United States of America--from the Liberty-based Constitutional Republic launched by the founding fathers to a mush of "sameness" here and around the globe.
In other words, if you're a Constitutional conservative, Soros has decided he's your sworn enemy. He's an avowed atheist with a rather strong suspicion that he is himself rather divine and omnipotent and was born to be obeyed by the billions...who are clearly lesser beings than his own elevated self. He's also known for manipulating currencies around the globe and (again, according to Glenn Beck) has now decided it's time to crash America's economy.
Yep. We're the current target.
Okay. George Soros is 80 years old. If nothing else, Father Time will move him out of the picture sooner or later despite his vision for the planet sounding rather similar to the societies described in George Orwell's 1984 and Aldous Huxley's Brave New World.
But I decided to research both George Soros and the New World Order anyway. Check out what newspapers around the world were saying. Beck's staffers are awesome. I have little doubt that what they've unearthed and documented is accurate. Nonetheless, Fox News is only one source, and I'm just not programmed to function like a Rush Limbaugh dittohead. I check, double check, triple check, and then I write.
This check-it-out journey produced some thought-provoking results. Feel free to join me in the hunt....
First Stop: Russia
A Yahoo search for "Pravda newspaper" produced the following #1 results entry:

This is interesting. Please note, the search keyword did not include anything about either George Soros or New World Order, yet the #1 result says it's "Time for a New World Order". Nor is that all. You may have noticed the lack of a live link in the partial screen shot. There's a reason for that: When I clicked on the original link, my computer security program immediately flashed a warning that a virus hiding in that link had been blocked for my protection.
Which means that somebody out there wants to infiltrate the computers of those who find information on the New World Order to be of interest. The possibilities:
1. Pro-NWO types wishing to gather intel on enemies and friends alike.
2. Anti-NWO hackers hoping to inconvenience any fool who dared to ponder the idea one way or the other.
3. "Gotcha" hackers out for the usual kill-anything-in-sight joyride.
Of course, there's no way to pin down which of these three might be the actual culprit. It did seem a little too coincidental, though. Let's see what happens when we try reading a newspaper from....
Holding the Line
One thing is clear: With or without George Soros, the New World Order is obviously a real goal for numerous individuals and for numerous nations out there. It's no "conspiracy theory" for "rightwing nutcases"--rather, it's a movement with massive support around the globe, a movement that, if successful, would erase our national sovereignty as if it never existed.
Which means that once again the United States of America stands alone as the last bastion of freedom capable of holding the line against global statism and for Liberty. We have allies, but they are weak at best. Even the Aussies turned in their firearms in the nineties to be destroyed by the millions.
For shining a blazing spotlight on this situation, we definitely owe both Glenn Beck and Fox News ramrod Roger Ailes one heckuva vote of thanks. Despite endless death threats and various pressures on Fox News to get Glenn off the air, he's still broadcasting, as seemingly indestructible as the former Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin.
In closing, however, let's not forget to thank President Barack Hussein Obama as well. Had he not been who and what he is, We the People would still be sleeping soundly in our ignorance. Thanks to the Mad Radical's Agenda, though, America is now wide awake. We proved it at the polls on November 2, and we'll prove it time and again as the months and years unfold.

Zoros is scum, his backing of Moveon.org, and the fact he is paying a brazilian company to drill in the ocean while spitting on BP is just another ploy of his to make money and give it to some left wing radical organization! The best point you made is he will be gone soon enough!
Gut feel says they've been fighting this war since the 60's or before. Now that we know, we're fighting back. Something about Soros reminds me of that childhood poem "Georgie Porgie, pudding and pie, kissed the girls, and made them cry".
Yeah, Jeremey, I was a fan of doing my own research for decades before I ever heard of Glenn Beck. As for his list of organizations, that is way too overwhelming for me to ponder, study, and break down for these pages--at least for now. Decided to start small, start with something easy to see, i.e. the New World Order.
Didn't quite expect the LEVEL of pro-NWO publicity now extant around the planet, though. I admit to being a touch behind the curve on that one.

BEFORE the 60s, Jim, and by quite a bit. At least going back to the Progressive movement of 1912. Wouldn't surprise me if Cain killed Abel, back in the day, for having conservative ideas.
Can't you just see it? "CAIN FOR PROGRESS!" "VOTE CAIN, THE ONLY CANDIDATE WITH A PEDIGREE THAT TRACES DIRECTLY TO ADAM AND EVE!!"

Mr. Tindle, I deleted/denied your comment NOT because of content--you actually brought up great points and questions--but because when I clicked on the link you provided, it turned out to be a problem. I'd briefly scanned just the first couple of paragraphs when a scammy popup jumped in my face, grabbed hold, and wouldn't let go until I finally gave up and closed the page entirely.
So: You're more than welcome to drop back by, post again without the link. In the meantime, I'll try to address the points you raised.
1. I agree completely; The Brave New World ought to be on everyone's reading list.
2. I also agree that George Soros is an extremely smart man, and that anyone interested in understanding financial markets and investing could do far worse than study his methods. The only problem I have when reading material he's personally written (or said) is that he's TOO smart for me--trying to grasp his points is flat-out exhausting. (Which of course is what makes him dangerous in the political arena--how much damage could a real dummy do?)
3. When it comes to Glenn Beck, it's understandable that you suspect his motives--although I, personally, don't. It's been my experience that there really are people out there in the public eye who are NOT in it for the money, and that's how I read Glenn. Regardless of who's cutting his paycheck at the moment, there's no way (in my opinion) that his strings are being pulled by anyone other than his sincere connection with what he firmly conceives to be his inner spiritual guidance.
4. That said, however, I don't automatically "buy" quite everything he puts out just because he says it was so. I do believe what he presents as facts are just that -- but his interpretation of consequences and/or results is markedly gloomier than my own outlook. I don't doubt NWO advocates are working hard to destroy our Constitutional Republic, for example...but I've long been confident that their efforts will ever be doomed to failure, thanks in large part to the overall nature of the American people.
5. I wasn't aware of Sarah Palin's purported ties to, as you put it, a "small part" of the Soros political empire...but even if that checks out absolutely, it would (to me) be neither surprising nor alarming. That Soros would at least attempt to influence her? That's a given! That she could be subverted? Not a chance. If Beck is "real" (as I perceive him to be), then Sarah is "realness squared".
Heck, YOU AND I would probably find we have ties to the Soros empire, could we but dig deep enough. The man certainly has enough tendils out there!

Your probably right about me & you having ties to Soros in some way. LOL... He has lots of money and lots of influence, so I'm sure we may have spent our hard earned money at a company he was invested in at the time or another.
One point I would make though. Prominent figures on both the right and the left have ties and influences to various interests or "Puppet Masters". I don't know about the whole NWO thing, but there is no doubt that there are stealth agendas designed to serve the purposes of powerful people and interests. But these are packaged and sold to people under the guise of both liberal and conservative causes.
Absolutely, Mr. Tindle. No question about it; folks interested in manipulation don't care who's at the other end of those puppet strings--or rather, they want to have ALL of us in that position.
Fortunately for the entire human race in general and America in particular,though, some of are string cutters by nature.
My husband, who has been interested in things like this in the past, but not now, has said that NWO goes back to at least George Bush Sr. He has had more to say but will not go into it on here. Too dangerous.

I watched the show and I take it your doing your research as Beck suggested! What did you think of the list he rolled out on all the organization Soros has his dirty little hands in?!! Great hub Ghost. I'm researching with ya! Its only a matter of time it seems, maybe the worst is yet to come!
