Evil Empire Within : The Obama Administration

66

By Ghost32

Rationale

The Evil Empire Within? Yes. As Sean Hannity and others point out repeatedly, liberals tend to see conservatives as both insane and evil while conservatives tend to see liberals as merely misguided. I agree with Sean. I've been guilty of that naive Mary Poppins approach myself--but it's time to knock it off. Forget the roses; wake up and smell the coffee.

The Obama Administration is evil...and it's an empire.

The first listed definition of "evil", according to the Oxford Dictionary Online:

1. profoundly immoral and wicked:

--------------------------------------------------

his evil deeds:

no man is so evil as to be beyond redemption (of a force or spirit ) embodying or associated with the forces of the devil.

--------------------------------------------------

harmful or tending to harm:

the evil effects of high taxes

With Emperor O jetting off to Rio while sending Countess Hillary to deal with a mere trifle like the crisis in Libya, not to mention his appointment of a few gazillion czars to oversee his vast estates, there's no question he's got himself an Empire...so let's concentrate on the "evil" part, shall we?

Better yet: Let's just check out a few key people around the Prez, see if they fit the mold. Theorem: If the people running the Empire are evil, then so is the Empire itself.

The Tally Book

To simplify, we'll use a simple (and mostly familiar) grading system, just add the grade of E if the "evidence of evil" is clear and compelling. Here we go with a few of many possible examples:

1. Assistant Deputy Secretary for the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools: Kevin Jennings, fan of NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association). He's currently proposing--supposedly as a way to stop bullying-- to hammer school principals if they don't monitor Internet (and other) activities by students even when they're not in school. Check out Breakfastpop's excellent Hub on this one! Grade: E E. (One E just isn't enough for this character.)

2. Secretary of Education: Arne Duncan, Kevin Jennings's boss. All we need to know about Duncan is that he doesn't seem to mind having Jennings in his Department. Grade: EE.

2. Secretary of Interior: Ken Salazar, hater extraordinaire of the petroleum-based energy industry in all its forms. Having seen firsthand his attempts to shut down drilling on the Roan Plateau in western Colorado when he was a Senator from that state, I have zero doubt he strongly influenced Obama's decision to also shut down drilling in the Gulf, in much of Wyoming, etc. This has resulted in a huge loss of jobs and equally huge drop in American energy production. Grade: E.

3. Secretary of State: Hillary Clinton. While I'd almost like to cut Hillary some slack just for being power-mad enough to tough it out as Slick Willie's wife, sorry, can't do it. Every move she's made since Bill was Governor of Arkansas has made it clear the first love of her life is power, power, power, power, power for power's sake. Grade: E.

4. Attorney General: Eric Holder. This guy helped Clinton decide to reduce sentences for 16 members of the Boricua Popular Army (a known terrorist organization). In his present post, he's pardoned New Black Panther voter intimidators and has attacked Arizona for attempting to defend itself. Grade: EE.

5. President Obama himself: I hadn't intended to includ the Vacationer in Chief on this list, but he just made a statement on TV that was the D-for-dumbest, F-for-freaking-scariest, unbelievable (except that nothing coming out of his mouth is unbelievable).... Referring to Libya, he was talking about the desire for self-determination, saying it's not merely an American or western desire, but one of our basic rights as human beings. Then he added, "...and we must enforce them everywhere!"

Say what? Did this man even pass high school English before going on to Harvard? We (a nation of 309 million people) must impose our will on every square foot of the planet (a world of nearly 7 billion people)...?!

Good luck with that one, Mr. President! Grade: D/E. (D for "dumb idea" and E for the results of trying.)

Sheesh.

Okay, so, do these people sleep in caskets, hide from the sun, sprout fangs and fur under a full moon, or make human sacrifices to the Dark Lord? Probably not. That, however, is irrelevant. If their policies and practices produce evil results for the people of America, they are key cogs in the grinding gears of an Evil Empire Within, the Obama Administration.

It's that simple.

Well done. This is a clear explanation of all the whacko's making decisions for us. We are in trouble, aren't we?

Hey Ghost, I didn't know that about Kevin Jennings. I have a serious issue with anyone that is willing to hurt children. Good Hub. Up and Awesome. Thanks

Ghost32, great hub!

Voted up and useful and beautiful.

You mentioned Kevin Jennings and exposed his agenda. He is actually the Assistant Deputy Secretary, I think, in the office of safe schools or something like that. (I'll have to look it up again), while it's actually Arne Duncan who's the Secretary of Education.

But it doesn't matter much, because they're practically clones of each other in their agenda, even though Duncan is married with children. Both he and Jennings should be removed from their positions ASAP; their advocacy of immorality under the guise of protecting innocent children is atrocious. They bully all kids AND the parents, shoving the liberal agenda down their throats, while supposedly opposing bullying.

Kevin Jennings is also the founder of GLSEN, the slimy outfit that comes to our schools and teaches homosexuality to our kids, whether we like it or not.

Yup; you're right WillStarr.

And Arne Duncan not only allows it, but backs Jennings' actions. And of course it was the "great" Obama who chose Duncan in the first place. Our education system is being insidiously taken over by those blasphemers.

Pop: Nope. The Administration is in trouble. WE were in trouble before the Tea Parties got going, but the way things stand now, it's a bit like a pack of mangy coyotes thinking they're going to eat an entire pride of African lions...with us being the lions.

Poorconservative: I knew it about him, but Breakfastpop's Hub reminded me to write something about it myself.

Brenda: Thanks, Brenda. I got sloppy on that one; shame on me. I'll be fixing that bit as soon as I've posted this comment.

Will: Yeah, I knew that, too. Just left it out on purpose. Figured somebody would add it in the comments and wanted to keep the basic Hub short enough on words to keep everybody's attention.

Although I doubt that particular tidbit (GLSEN) would have put many of our readers to sleep.

Great hub Ghost32-This is end times isn't it? I'm scared.

Ghost32 profile image

Ghost32 Hub Author 14 months ago

Don't be scared. There's truly no need to be. I don't for one second believe it's end times yet--actually, I don't believe it's even CLOSE to that.

But even if it turned out I was wrong and the Earth was gone tomorrow, so what? Death is an illusion.

I liken Oblabber as the snake in the Bible. Go ahead and take a bite, it won't harm you. We've been on the road to Nowheresville since his inauguration. That's what we get when the uninformed don't bother to educate themselves about the most unqualified person to ever inhabit the Oval Office.

This narcissistic, self-centered, vacation happy critter needs to hit the dusty road and take his wife with him thank ye very much. Evil comes in many forms and he fits the description well.

Hi Ghost. I want to add a failing grade to Obama too. All his big talk during the campaigns about 1. how he would close Gitmo - in reality he decided against it. 2. Patriot Act has to go - he expanded it. 3. Executive orders are simple power grabs and should go through Congress - he loves that executive power pen. 4. No recess appointments - yet he took full advantage of them.

And the list goes on.............You get my point.

Frog Prince: What you said, with the single exception that I think you're being mighty hard on the snake.

Joni: Exactly. We the People should have executed those Executive Orders the moment they showed up, all those Presidents ago.

Healing Touch: See now, it's comments like yours that will just out and out force me to keep on keeping on...thanks!

You are a deep and profound writer, that I always enjoy following. Obama is so much like Palpatine,The Emperor from Star Wars that its scary! Palpatine started out as a Senator who had everyone believing that he cared about the people. He then demonized the other side until he became the Supreme Chancelor. Then, he changed his title to Empire while getting the media behind him. Interesting story.

Oh he also had the people he cared about murdered immediately. Thank God that Obama hasn't don that. But things still look very dark as the lies continue pouring out of 1600.

Ghost32 profile image

Ghost32 Hub Author 14 months ago

I hadn't thought about Palpatine in relation to Obama, but yeah--your comparison is apt.

Although Palpatine wouldn't have gone around bowing to folks all that much, I'm thinking....

On an unrelated note: I seem to remember once hauling a load of salt out of your city, back in my trucking days. Dropped of a load of something or other for Corning, first, and the salt was what my dispatcher eventually came up with for a backhaul....

I don't care for anyone but me monitoring my child. That sounds like stalking. It is a good thing I am her principal and teacher. I would hate to have to enforce that. I check to see what she does on the internet and I took her out of school because of bullying. The worst bully was a teacher's son and they wouldn't believe he would do that.

Ghost32 profile image

Ghost32 Hub Author 11 months ago

Understood.

From what I've seen to date, the parents of most bullies refuse to believe "he would do that".

Thanks, Nick. Your comment inspired me to reread this Hub "from the top", and I agree--it does appear to be one of my better efforts.

Haven't been cranking out a whole lot of political pieces just recently, but that'll change once the Republican primary season gets me going again. For now, I'm kind of just laying in the weeds, quietly waiting for Sarah Palin to make her move.
